• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be suspended

3. Products & Digital Content

• All digital products (karaoke files, midi files, keyboard files, software) are delivered electronically
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual file
• Unlocked files remain accessible for 30 days from the date of unlock, after which they will be locked again

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)
• Credit packs are purchased at the listed price and credited to your account immediately

5. Intellectual Property

All digital content, logos, and branding on ETSA Music are the property of ETSA Music or its licensors. Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the content. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital files.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-download content without permission
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the service
• Impersonate another user or entity

7. Order Cancellation

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the file has been unlocked or downloaded. Please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance with any issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

ETSA Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
