Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products (Karaoke, Midi, Keyboard Files)

• Digital products are non-refundable once unlocked with credits
• If a file is defective or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days for a replacement
• Refunds for failed transactions (where credits were not delivered) will be processed within 5-7 business days

2. File Access & Validity

• Unlocked files remain accessible for 30 days from the date of unlock
• After 30 days, unlocked files will be locked again and you will need to spend credits to re-unlock them
• There is no limit on how many times you can download a file within the 30-day access window

3. Credit Packs

• Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased and credited to your account
• If a payment was processed but credits were not added, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue
• Credits expire 30 days after purchase — use them before they expire

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the file has been unlocked or downloaded
• If you have not yet unlocked any files from your purchase, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours

5. Affiliate Products

Products purchased through affiliate links are subject to the refund and return policies of the respective seller or platform. ETSA Music does not process refunds for affiliate purchases. Please contact the original seller for assistance.

4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
