Credit & Amount Policy

1. What Are Credits?

Credits are ETSA Music's virtual currency used to unlock and download digital files such as karaoke tracks, midi files, and keyboard supporting files. You purchase credits in packs and spend them as you browse and download.

2. How Credits Work

1. Purchase a credit pack from the pricing page
2. Credits are added to your account instantly after successful payment
3. Browse the file catalog and choose the files you want
4. Each file costs a fixed number of credits to unlock
5. Once unlocked, you can download the file unlimited times within 30 days
6. After 30 days, unlocked files are locked again — you will need credits to re-unlock them

3. Credit Costs

• Karaoke files: 1 credit per file
• Keyboard supporting files: 1 credit per file
• Midi files: 1 credit per midi pack (separate credit type)
• Free sample files require 0 credits — download them at no cost

4. Credit Packs & Pricing

• Credit packs are available in various quantities at different price points
• Check the pricing page for the latest pack options and amounts
• Larger packs offer better value per credit
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted methods include:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)

6. Credit Validity & Expiry

• Credits expire 30 days after purchase — use them before they expire
• Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded
• Credits are not transferable between accounts

7. File Requests

If you cannot find a specific karaoke, midi, or keyboard file in our catalog, you can submit a file request. When the file is added, it will be available for you to unlock with your credits. You need an active credit balance to submit file requests.

8. Failed or Incomplete Payments

• If payment fails, no credits are deducted and no amount is charged
• If payment is incomplete, check your bank statement — no amount will be deducted
• If you were charged but credits were not added, contact us within 24 hours with your transaction reference and we will resolve it

9. Refunds on Credits

Credit packs are non-refundable once credited to your account. If you experience a payment issue where credits were not delivered, we will restore your credits or process a refund within 5-7 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.

10. Account Balance

You can check your current credit balance at any time from the My Account page. Your balance is displayed prominently along with your download history and transaction records.
